Demon Slayer Manga Chapter 84

While Tanjiro hangs in that frozen moment, the other fight reaches its own breaking point. Demon Slayer Chapter 84 follows Zenitsu, who warns Inosuke that he can manage only one more strike at full speed. Together they charge Daki through a storm of sashes, Inosuke sawing with both chipped blades.

Her head comes free. Inosuke seizes it and runs, determined to keep it from her body, but Gyutaro abandons his own fight for an instant and drives a sickle through Inosuke’s chest from behind. The stolen head drops. On both battlefields at once, the slayers’ fragile hope collapses into the dirt.
