Demon Slayer Manga Chapter 54

A new mission sends the trio to a passenger train where more than forty people have vanished without a trace. Demon Slayer Chapter 54 opens with Tanjiro boarding the Mugen Train, hopeful that the Flame Hashira aboard can tell him more about the Hinokami Kagura dance passed down through his family.

Inside, they find Kyojuro Rengoku loudly enjoying stacked lunch boxes between bites of enthusiasm. The cheerful Hashira knows nothing of the dance, yet his warmth wins everyone over instantly. Moments after the conductor punches their tickets, however, the whole group drifts into an unnatural, heavy sleep.
